Kim Witczak is one of the nation’s leading drug-safety advocates. Kim’s husband, Woody, was prescribed Zoloft for mild insomnia and stress in 2003. Just a few weeks later, he died by suicide. He had no history of depression or suicidal thoughts, and at the time, there were no warnings on the label about the risk of suicidality.
