Maria and her husband Gary were both pharmacists. Both were placed on Prozac about the same time for different reasons. Maria first attempted suicide on Prozac, stopped the drug, and began warning Gary of the dangers. He thought he was fine until one day out of the blue he stood in front of her and their four children while they were watching TV, and shot himself.
3. TUCKER MONEYMAKER - 1991 FDA ANTIDEPRESSANT HEARING: MOTHER KILLS TWO SONS & ATTEMPTS SUICIDE

On April 5, 1991, after only 21 days on Prozac Tucker Moneymaker's wife Sandra, 36, shot and killed their two sons, David Lee, 8, and William, 16, while they slept before shooting herself twice in the abdomen in a suicide attempt.
